About Year 3:
In Year 3, we can do anything! We are readers, mathematicians, authors, scientists, artists, historians, athletes, musicians, geographers and so much more!
Our teacher is Miss Boddice and our TAs are Ms Rocca and Ms Mills.
Year 3 Information:
Spellings are given to the children every Tuesday for a test the following Tuesday. Please support your child to learn these at home.
Reading with an adult at home is the single most important thing for children to do. Please try to read with your child as often as possible, recording their successes in their reading records at least 4 times a week. We will collect them in and check on a Friday.
Times Tables practice is really important and will help your child to succeed in maths, children can log onto Times Tables Rock Stars (ttrockstars.com) to improve their speed. By the end of Y3 they need to be secure with 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 8s and 10s!
